How to submit a claim
Submitting a claim is straightforward. Once you retake the SAT, send an email to contact@praczo.com within 30 days of your official test date with the subject line: SAT Score Guarantee Claim.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your Praczo account.
- An official, verifiable electronic copy (PDF or screenshot) of your baseline SAT score report.
- An official, verifiable electronic copy (PDF or screenshot) of your new SAT score report from after your study period.
Our team will review your practice logs and verified score reports to confirm eligibility within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
Good faith effort policy
We believe in backing our program because active practice genuinely works. However, the guarantee requires a sincere effort to study. We reserve the right to deny refund claims where account activity indicates a clear lack of good faith (e.g., “speed-running” or clicking randomly through 500 questions in seconds solely to hit volume quotas without a genuine attempt to answer them).
Activity auditing & account sharing
The score guarantee is strictly valid for the single registered student associated with the email address. To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, Praczo reserves the right to audit account activity (including device logs, IP addresses, simultaneous logins, and response timestamps). If account sharing, script usage, or fraudulent activity is detected, the guarantee is immediately voided.
Guarantee FAQs
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
We refund 100% of the Praczo subscription fees you paid during the qualifying period. The guarantee does not cover third-party costs such as official SAT registration fees, tutors, or books.
What if I improved, but by less than 200 points?
The guarantee specifically requires a 200-point improvement. Smaller improvements, while great progress, do not qualify for a refund under the guarantee terms.
Can I use a PSAT score as my baseline?
No. The guarantee requires an official SAT score from the College Board. PSAT scores are not accepted as a baseline.
What counts toward the 500 practice questions?
Any practice question answered inside Praczo — whether in a concept drill, a practice session, or a full-length test — counts toward the 500-question requirement.
What if I cancel before 3 months and then resubscribe?
The subscription must be continuous for 3 months. Cancelling and resubscribing resets the clock. Plan interruptions disqualify you from the guarantee.
What is the Good Faith Effort Policy?
To prevent abuse, the guarantee requires a sincere effort to study. Accounts that "speed-run" through 500 questions in minutes or click random answers without reading will be flagged and disqualified from receiving a refund.
How long does the refund take after I submit my claim?
We verify your claim within 5–7 business days of receiving your official score report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after verification.
Do I need to complete the requirements in a specific order?
No specific order is required for the questions and tests — just complete them within your 3-month subscription window. The baseline score can be uploaded anytime from your Settings page, but it must be on file before you submit your refund request.
